• Per Rake: ₹25,000

10. Penalties & Charges

• Without ticket travel fine: ₹500 + fare.

• Claims for lost/damaged luggage: Final authority is Chief Claims Officer.

12. Miscellaneous Rules

• JTBS (Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking Sevak) commission: ₹2 per ticket.

• Error Sheets are issued by: Commercial Department.

• Goods Clerk checks seals on wagons at the loading station.

• Open delivery of goods requires RPF presence.

• ACM (Assistant Commercial Manager) can grant open delivery up to ₹1 lakh.
